Watch our cooking demonstration and discover the traditional ingredients and techniques behind Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Then enjoy your own pasta with your favourite Roman sauce. Taste two family wines, Frascati Superiore DOCG and Rosso IGT, paired with local meats and cheeses. Explore the secret historic wine cave beneath the restaurant, discover old bottles and hear our family’s winemaking stories.
