3. Stop 3

   Duration: 45 min

   Stand beneath towering aqueducts that once supplied water to the city, demonstrating the engineering prowess of the Roman Empire. Please note: The Catacombs with Colosseum option does not visit the Roman aqueducts.

4. Stop 4

   Duration: 80 min

   Finally, it's time to experience the eerie and fascinating Catacombs of San Sebastiano in a crowd-free setting as the last visitors of the day. Venture underground into one of Rome’s most fascinating Christian burial sites. Depending on the day, you may visit the Catacombs of Domitilla instead.

5. Stop 5

   Duration: 20 min

   Return to Rome by private, air-conditioned transport. By the end of your tour, you'll have stepped beyond the city center and uncovered Rome’s lesser-known wonders on this immersive tour. If you select the Catacombs with Colosseum option at time of booking, your tour continues with a guided visit of the Colosseum. Explore the inside of this world-famous arena as you learn how the amphitheater was used for gladiator fights and large-scale spectacles in Roman society.
