   Enter the Accademia with a reserved ticket and see Michelangelo’s David up close. Your guide reveals the details that make the sculpture extraordinary and introduces you to Michelangelo’s other works in the gallery..

   Duration: 15 min

   Continue through Florence’s historic centre to the Duomo. Admire Brunelleschi’s enormous dome from outside and hear how he solved the engineering challenge that had left the cathedral unfinished.

   Duration: 15 min

   See the Baptistery and its celebrated bronze doors, which Michelangelo praised as the “Gates of Paradise.” Your guide explains the artistry and ambition behind one of Florence’s most famous landmarks.
