1. Stop 1

   Duration: 15 min

Begin in Rome with a smooth, well-organized departure from the Crown Tours office. Settle into a comfortable premium van for a carefully curated coastal journey, with space to relax, enjoy the changing landscapes, and let the day unfold without having to manage the details yourself.

2. Stop 2

   Duration: 30 min

Pause in Pompeii for a comfortable break during the ride south. Stretch your legs, refresh, and enjoy a complimentary Italian breakfast with coffee and cornetto before the journey continues toward the coast. It is a simple, local start that eases you into the flavors and rhythm of southern Italy.

3. Stop 3

   Duration: 10 min

As the road opens toward the coast, the day begins to feel different. Stop for your first scenic reveal of the Sorrento Coast, with sea views, dramatic cliffs, and a glimpse of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. It is the first real taste of the southern Italian landscape you have seen in photos and dreamed about before the trip.

4. Stop 4

   Duration: 30 min

Arrive at a beautiful Positano viewpoint for one of the day’s most joyful coastal moments. Taste local limoncello and granita, a refreshing southern Italian specialty, while looking out toward Positano’s colorful houses spilling down the hillside toward the sea. It is bright, local, scenic, and full of that unmistakable Amalfi Coast feeling.

5. Stop 5

   Duration: 30 min

Continue to Praiano, where your driver-host arranges everything for the next chapter of the journey. Step aboard the boat, settle in, and leave the coastal road behind as the Mediterranean opens around you. From here, the Amalfi Coast begins to unfold from an entirely new perspective.

6. Stop 6

   Duration: 45 min

Discover the Grotta dello Smeraldo, one of the Amalfi Coast’s most atmospheric sea caves. Step onto a small boat and glide inside to see the water glow with emerald reflections beneath the rock. If sea conditions prevent the cave visit, the stop is replaced with a traditional ceramics experience, keeping the day rooted in local coastal craftsmanship.

7. Stop 7

   Duration: 60 min

Cruise past Positano from the sea before continuing toward the dramatic cliffs of Fiordo di Furore. Music sets the mood as the coastline unfolds around you from the water. Stop for a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean, then enjoy prosecco, refreshments, and snacks onboard before sailing onward to Amalfi.

8. Stop 8

After lunch, the road itself becomes part of the experience. Travel along the Amalfi Scenic Drive as cliffs, villages, curves, and endless blue views unfold outside your window. With southern Italian music and your driver-host helping bring the region to life, the journey feels less like transportation and more like a moving postcard through one of Italy’s most celebrated landscapes.

9. Stop 9

   Duration: 40 min

Arrive in Ravello, the quieter and more elegant side of the Amalfi Coast. Enjoy free time to wander its charming streets, browse small shops, admire hilltop views, and enjoy a complimentary gelato. After the energy of the coastline, Ravello brings a softer pace with piazzas, gardens, and a relaxed village atmosphere.

10. Stop 10

    Duration: 20 min

Visit Villa Rufolo with your driver-host and discover one of Ravello’s most beautiful landmarks. Stroll through flower-filled gardens, elegant terraces, and viewpoints overlooking the coastline below. The setting feels peaceful, timeless, and perfectly suited to the final chapter of a day spent exploring southern Italy.

11. Stop 11

Relax on the return journey to Rome after a day filled with coastal views, southern Italian flavors, Positano panoramas, Ravello charm, and memorable moments shared along the way.
