1. Stop 1

   After booking, please provide the lead traveler’s name, flight number and arrival or departure time, exact pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger number, luggage quantity, hotel name if applicable, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp. For Itami Airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when a valid flight number is provided. Free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the confirmed meeting point, where the driver will meet you with a complimentary name sign or according to the pickup instructions provided. For hotel, apartment, station, or other city pickups, please wait at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes. After meeting the driver, confirm the destination and luggage quantity before boarding. You will then travel directly by private vehicle between Itami Airport and your confirmed Osaka City or Kyoto City accommodation. This is a one-way transportation service only. Return transportation, sightseeing stops, meal stops, guide service, and a guaranteed English-speaking driver are not included. Please declare oversized luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, or other large items in advance. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate the passengers and luggage, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost and subject to availability. Travel time may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or local restrictions. At the destination, the driver will drop you off as close as legally and safely possible to the confirmed address.
