   We will make a stop by the Kabuki theater while guide will explain interesting details of this traditional Japanese entertainment.

   Duration: 60 min

   Experience the timeless elegance of Gion as evening settles over the district. As we pass by the iconic wooden facades of Ochaya (working teahouses), the air fills with the sounds of the traditional city. We’ll explore the exact corridors where Geiko and Maiko prepare for their evening appointments, sharing the stories behind the flickering lanterns and the exclusive living quarters of Kyoto’s elite. This is where the ancient world meets the modern, brought to life through unscripted storytelling by one of the most highly rated guides.

3. Stop 3

   We will pass by Gion Corner where the Geisha study and train.

4. Stop 4

   We will walk by the oldest Temple in Kyoto while the guide provides insight into Japanese Zen.

5. Stop 5

   Duration: 30 min

   The guide will share the ancient traditions of Shinto while we explore this intimate Japanese shrine.

6. Stop 6

   Duration: 15 min

   Let's explore one of the most beautiful historic areas of Kyoto at night. Excellent spot for the best photos!

   Enjoy a refreshing Kyoto snack (included in the tour) while we take a nice break

   This amazing shrine is one of the top shrines in Japan. The guide will share some of the important features of this fascinating spot.

10. Stop 10

    A picturesque spot which can't be missed while exploring the Geisha districts.

    The guide will take you through this lesser known Geisha street

12. Stop 12

    Duration: 30 min

    We will explore the narrow and lively Pontocho Geisha District. This area has an amazing mixture of Geisha houses, bars, and nightlife.
