Osaka Namba Food Tour: Small-Group with Flexible Ordering

About this experience

Do not let a fixed tasting menu decide your Osaka night. See what looks delicious, choose what you want and eat like a local. Osaka is famous for kuidaore, eating until you drop, and some of its best food is hidden in Namba’s backstreets. Featured on NHK, this tour visits three or four local izakayas, food stalls and neighborhood restaurants. Start with a cold drink and fresh tako-sen, hot takoyaki between crisp shrimp crackers. Then choose what you want to try, from kushikatsu and grilled dishes to seasonal plates. There is no fixed menu. You choose the dishes and pay local prices at each stop. With no more than eight guests, the group can enter small restaurants that larger tours cannot. Perfect for travelers who want to • Eat beyond tourist restaurants • Choose their own food • Get help ordering in local spots • Discover Osaka’s food culture Your first drink and tako-sen are included. Most guests spend an additional ¥3,000–¥4,000 (In cash) on food and drinks.
