Pre-Service Contact One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, meeting point, and any special requests. 3. Pickup at Airport Airport Pickup: After landing, proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. Hotel Pickup: If departing from the city, your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or main entrance at the agreed time. 4. Luggage Assistance & Boarding Your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle, reserved exclusively for your group. 5. Comfortable Private Transfer Enjoy a non-stop transfer in a clean and air-conditioned vehicle. The travel time to central Tokyo typically takes 25–50 minutes, depending on traffic and hotel location. 6.
