Pre-Service Contact One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm your pickup time, the exact meeting point at your terminal, and any special requirements. 3. Pickup at the Cruise Terminal Your driver will be waiting at the terminal exit with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. We monitor disembarkation schedules so your driver is ready when you step off the ship — even if timings shift. 4. Luggage Assistance & Boarding Your driver will assist with all luggage and escort you to your private vehicle.
