   Discover the beauty of Villa del Poggio Imperiale, a historic Medici residence surrounded by elegant architecture and beautiful gardens. Enjoy a scenic golf cart ride through the charming hills of Florence and admire the area’s rich history and picturesque views.

3. Stop 3

   Duration: 5 min

   As you pass by the historic INAF Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory nestled in the scenic Florentine hills, you will enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and admire the iconic astronomical dome from the outside. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into the history of the observatory, its deep connection to Galileo Galilei's final years, and the modern astrophysical research taking place inside this landmark.

4. Stop 4

   Duration: 20 min

   The tour included a visit to Piazzale Michelangelo, one of Florence’s most famous panoramic viewpoints. The experience took place, and the customers had agreed to the proposed schedule change in advance. For these reasons, we firmly dispute the request for a full refund and ask that the claim be rejected.

5. Stop 5

   Duration: 10 min

   At the base of the hill leading to Piazzale Michelangelo, we will encounter the majestic Porta San Niccolò. This towering, 14th-century stone gate is the only medieval tower in Florence that was not lowered during the siege of 1529, meaning it still retains its original, imposing height. As we pass by in the golf cart, you will get a perfect, up-close view of this ancient fortress gate, which stands like a giant sentinel guarding the path up the hill.

6. Stop 6

   Duration: 15 min

   As we drive up toward Piazzale Michelangelo, we will admire the spectacular Sistema delle Rampe del Poggi. Designed by architect Giuseppe Poggi in the 19th century, this monumental series of neo-Renaissance terraces, caves, and cascading waterfalls has been beautifully restored. It offers a magical, lush green atmosphere with flowing water right along our route, making the climb to the panoramic viewpoints incredibly scenic!

7. Stop 7

   Duration: 20 min

   Perched on the highest point in Florence, just above Piazzale Michelangelo, we will reach the breathtaking Basilica of San Miniato al Monte. This 1,000-year-old Romanesque masterpiece is famous for its striking green-and-white marble facade and its quiet, mystical atmosphere. We will make a stop here to enjoy a panoramic view that is even higher and less crowded than Piazzale Michelangelo, and you'll have the chance to admire its spectacular architecture and the historic cemetery surrounding it.
