   Katsuo-ji Temple – The Temple of Victory Start your day at Katsuo-ji, a peaceful Buddhist temple nestled in the mountains of Minoh. Known as the "Temple of Victory," it offers a serene atmosphere filled with vibrant seasonal flowers and countless “Victory Daruma” dolls left by those who’ve overcome personal struggles. Don’t miss the unique Sixty-Four Kua Daruma fortune telling dolls, a rare spiritual fortune-telling practice exclusive to this sacred site.

2. Stop 2

   Duration: 80 min

   Arashiyama is a destination that perfectly blends natural beauty, historical sites, and cultural experiences. There is a wide variety of activities centered around its stunning scenery, such as bamboo forests, UNESCO world heritage temple, and historical bridges, all iconic landmarks of Kyoto.

   Enjoy the towering Bamboo Forest, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, or Sagano Bamboo Forest is a natural bamboo forest in Arashiyama, Kyoto, Japan. It consists mostly of mōsō bamboo and has several pathways for tourists and visitors. The Ministry of the Environment considers it a part of the soundscape of Japan.

• Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English & Chinese on the same bus.

• The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
• Infants under 3 years old are free of charge without seat. If a seat is required, please book under the child's price.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. If you'd like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, please notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
• Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.

• Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
