This walking food tour takes you beyond the tourist trail to discover Rome through its food, wine, history and local culture. Proudly local and women-owned, we take you to family-run businesses and independent artisans where you’ll taste authentic Roman specialties while supporting the people who keep Rome’s food traditions alive. Meet Romans in their daily routines, step inside historic venues with priority access, and enjoy abundant food and wine tastings — so don’t eat before you come!
